The room was clean and had great amenities, and the restaurant offered delicious Arabic cuisine.

The hotel had super location not far from local restaurants and Kelantan and supermarkets and restaurants. I loved the room, it was amazingly comfortable and included with tick carpet as well as comfort & decor.

There was breakfast to be needed.

Secondly, the staff were really friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome and were always ready to assist with any queries. Lastly, the rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. I especially loved the view from my room, it was really refreshing.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised to receive complementary Christmas treats and a cup of warm coffee from the hotel. the hotel's location is perfect, with various dining options, a shopping mall, and a bank just a few steps away.

One of the rooms we stayed in wasn't well-maintained, with dust and non-vacuumed carpets, causing allergic reactions. the room wasn't ventilated well, making it stuffy and uncomfortable.
